CHOOSE MY PLAN

HELPFUL TIP:

There’s probably a good reason why your character chose their career. Think about how certain talents and skills, a dominant positive or negative trait, or even an emotional wound might have influenced this decision. And once they're on the job, don't forget about the many work-related conflict scenarios you can throw at them to create tension and add complications.
OVERVIEW:
A children's entertainer performs at group events where kids are present. An act may include music, magic, puppets, face painting, crafts, juggling, or any other activity a young audience might find enjoyable. Entertainers are most commonly hired for parties, weddings, community events, special school events, and other such occasions.

NECESSARY TRAINING:
No formal education or training is necessary to become a children's entertainer. However, any prior experience, either through volunteer work or via a mentor, could be helpful. Depending on the performer's area of expertise, courses in acting or public speaking may help to make them better at their job.
