CHOOSE MY PLAN

HELPFUL TIP:

When planning a cast member's talents and skills, think about how genetics, personality traits (both positive attributes and flaws), past experiences, environment, and the character's roles (within a family, a community, and society) all factor into what strengths may form. These special qualities should tie into the story, not only to make the character interesting but also to help him achieve his goal.
DEFINITION:
Being gifted in envisioning the future and how things might be one day

DESCRIPTION:
A character who has vision can look ahead to imagine what the needs and concerns of tomorrow will be (perhaps for a business, an industry, innovation, environmental shifts, the economy, or the world in general). Often this is paired with the leadership and drive to plan for that future, and be proactive so that when it arrives, one is ready (either to take advantage of opportunities, or have solutions for problems), and everyone will be better for it.

BENEFICIAL STRENGTHS OR ABILITIES:
A strong work ethic
Charisma
Creativity
Passion
Optimism
Leadership skills
Strategic thinking
The ability to monetize ideas (so they can become self-funding, allowing one to continue to try and bring about change)
Being unselfish (looking to make the better for all, not just oneself)
Being a good communicator
The ability to inspire others into taking action
