HELPFUL TIP:

When planning a cast member's talents and skills, think about how genetics, personality traits (both positive attributes and flaws), past experiences, environment, and the character's roles (within a family, a community, and society) all factor into what strengths may form. These special qualities should tie into the story, not only to make the character interesting but also to help him achieve his goal.
DEFINITION:
Imparting specific information to others in a way that it will be understood and lead to growth

DESCRIPTION:
Some people are naturally good at helping others learn important concepts and skills when they happen to be lacking these things. Not everyone is happy when they realize they have a shortcoming or void in their knowledge, so it takes a special person to encourage them to set aside ego and absorb instruction so they can grow.

BENEFICIAL STRENGTHS OR ABILITIES:
Self-confidence (having no need to prove oneself as better)
Being adaptable to teaching in ways that are best received
Having an encouraging nature
Loving to learn new things
Being charismatic and able to inspire curiosity in others
Having a lot of knowledge in necessary areas
Being a good judge of people and their emotions (knowing how much to push and when)
Restraint (holding back to allow the student to figure it out when it's necessary they do so)
Being a good communicator
