When planning a cast member's talents and skills, think about how genetics, personality traits (both positive attributes and flaws), past experiences, environment, and the character's roles (within a family, a community, and society) all factor into what strengths may form. These special qualities should tie into the story, not only to make the character interesting but also to help him achieve his goal.
DEFINITION:
Being able to bring a peaceful resolution between those with conflicting viewpoints

DESCRIPTION:
A peacekeeper has a knack for seeing a situation from multiple viewpoints and being able to quickly discern where there is common ground or a shared interest. Then, through respectful and diplomatic means, they are able to convince the parties to let go of their polarized viewpoints and dampen their heightened emotional responses so they can move forward together and achieve something important to both.
