Settings should always be chosen with care. Consider the emotion you want your viewpoint character to feel and how setting choices, weather elements, and symbolism might build a specific mood in the scene, create tension and conflict, or even raise the stakes.
SIGHTS:
A removable stretcher
Two captain's chairs or a padded bench seat (which acts as a secondary bed, if needed) along the wall
Cabinets and secure shelving
Drawers (loaded with bandages, medications, syringes, IV solutions and administration sets, examination gloves, spare batteries, ice packs, and fluids for wound irrigation)
